I recently hired Monarch for my move, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience! From start to finish, their professionalism was outstanding. The team handled my furniture with great care, wrapping everything securely to ensure it arrived in perfect condition. They managed the loading of two truckloads with efficiency and expertise, making sure everything was organised and safe.

Despite the long hours, they remained friendly and upbeat throughout the entire process, even working late into the night to make sure the job was done right. From the first point of telephonic contact through to establishing my needs to the costing framework and the completion of the paperwork and finally collection and delivery, Monarch asked the incisive questions, ensured regular communications and updates, which reassured me as a potential client that, they know what they are talking about and now, that they can deliver to my expectations and standards. Good move down to CT from JHB although a few items were damaged. Storage was expensive per month for the amount we stored but delivery was scheduled and arrived on time. The team is very friendly and helpful.

The entire Monarch team made my moving process almost effortless. Their experience, honesty, professionalism and friendliness from start to end truly makes them a prime moving company to choose. Wonderful professional service from quoting to delivery but the communication since raising the query of a broken table which happened in transit and which the drivers admitted to was lost completely, after being promised the owner / manager would contact me, has left a very bad taste and wiped out all good impressions had  in an instant.
